Reground performance OEM camshaft
We have these camshafts reground for us (starting with a OEM core) using our own profile specs. The torque PEAK begins at 1,300 rpm and remains steady until 5,000 rpm. A HUGE improvement over your stock, worn cam. This grind retains a smooth idle and is designed to get the most out of your stock fuel system without ANY sacrifices.

Refaced OEM rocker arms
This is the rocker we use on every engine we build. We only start with OEM factory rockers to insure proper geometry and quality of material. We have found ALL aftermarket castings to be unacceptable. We jet tank clean, glass bead, reface and hand-lap the rocker pads and measure the shaft I.D.

NEW cylinder head bolt kit
1985-95
We always recommend new head bolts when installing a new head or when the engine is rebuilt. Your head bolts are at the least 14 years old and have been through countless heat cycles. Recommended to hold proper torque.

NEW higher oiling capacity rocker shafts
You’ll notice the NEW rocker shaft we sell (and install on every engine we sell) have a higher oiling capacity 4 hole design for the rocker arms. Toyota’s design only uses a 2 hole design. Our custom shafts have 4 oil feed holes and supply crucial lubrication to the rocker arms at all RPM’s.
If you’ve had problems getting a proper valve adjustment, replacing the cylinder head or if you are installing a new cam and rockers, we always recommend these new shafts.

Corteco intake and plenum gasket set
 
A nice upgrade from the stock gasket that is included in our installation set.
These gaskets are 2mm thick and are made from Corteco’s “White Seal” proprietary material.

Weber 38/38 carburetor kit
*NOTE: These are not for use in California for any pollution controlled vehicle*
This is the best power upgrade for your carbureted 22R engine. The 38/38 carb is a non progressive design (both throttle plates open at the same time) that provides almost instant throttle response and a HUGE increase in power and only a slight hit in MPG.
Weber carburetors are made for easy tuning for any modifications you have (or plan to do) by simple jet replacements. If you live outside of California and do not have to contend with emissions testing, this is the biggest power-adder. We’d recommend it to all of our customers, but only you lucky kids outside of California can use it legally.

Remanufactured rocker arm assembly:
This is the rocker assembly we install on every engine we sell here. We take the OEM rocker towers and jet tank clean, glass bead and fully inspect them. We install our refaced and hand lapped rocker arms (never the new Chinese manufactured units) and install the new higher oiling capacity rocker shafts, jet tank clean and inspect the rocker shaft springs and spacers. We install new OEM rocker adjuster tips (adjuster screws and OEM lock nuts) and use new allen head screws to hold it all together. This assembly is ready to bolt on with your new head or cam. Always recommended when installing any of our new cylinder heads or our performance camshafts.

Titanium valve springs retainers
Used on our Stage 2.5 rebuilt engines and can be added to our SCHI/C-1 cylinder heads. Lower reciprocating mass = faster revving. A nice addition to to finish off your SCHI/C-1 or race ready head.

 Our own design adjustable cam gears. We have spent too many hours designing and testing these adjustable cam gear set-ups. Now they are finally ready for sale to you and are a standard on our Stage 2.5 engines (available as an option on our Stage 1 and Stage2 engines). 
Our adjustable gear allows for a full 10 degrees of advance or retard on camshaft timing. Whether you have a highly milled cylinder head, turbocharged engine running high boost or a race engine that may need a “proper vacuum reading” for camshaft testing, this is the ticket. We spent countless hours designing and testing our adjustable cam gear setup.
