PERFORMANCE CAMS ARE NOT CREATED EQUAL!!!

Other parts suppliers will sell you a “RV” or “Performer” - “one size fits all” cam to you. We know better. A performance cam for a 1985-1987 EFI truck needs a different profile and lobe separation than a 1985-1989 carbureted truck to run right and make the most power. The 1989-1995 EFI cam is different too. Our performance cams differ between carbureted and fuel injected engines too. There is no such thing as a “one size fits all” for Toyota 22R / 22RE engines. We ONLY start with a Toyota OEM camshaft core (we know better than to use a “NEW” Chinese casting) and have them ground to our own specs, specific for your engine. The torque PEAK begins at 1,300 rpm and remains steady until 4,500 rpm. A HUGE improvement over your stock, worn cam. Our grinds retains a smooth idle and are designed to get the most out of your stock fuel system without ANY sacrifices.

Performance 75 lb. valve springs

We have these valve springs custom made just for us, to our exacting specs. Recommended when using performance camshafts up to .500 lift and 5,500 rpm or with oversize valves.

These are used on all of our stock and performance cylinder and our Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 2.5 rebuilt engines.

We sell these parts for those of you that need the best quality performance parts available. We chose these specific parts for their high quality and proven results. “Similar”, low quality parts may be available from the other E-auctions, rebuilders and such, but they WILL NEVER MATCH OUR QUALITY!  We offer these parts as a high quality alternative. We have inspected what they sell and we are severely disappointed. Their materials and machining is some of the worst we have seen.

Low quality, poor materials and bad engineering is never a good thing. We only sell and build the best. These are the same parts we install onto our own rebuilt engines. We have done the research to find the best items available. When we couldn’t find anything that met our quality standards, we had them made to our specs.

ADJUSTABLE CAM / TIMING GEAR

Our own design adjustable cam gears. Custom CNC machined to our specs. Available as an option on our any of our engine builds or with any of our cylinder heads. 

Our adjustable gear allows for a full 10 degrees of advance or retard on camshaft timing. Whether you have a highly milled cylinder head, a turbocharged engine running high boost, a race engine that may need a “proper vacuum reading” for camshaft testing or just want the ultimate tune-abitlity for your street engine, this is the ticket.

Titanium valve springs retainers

Can be added to any of our cylinder heads. Lower reciprocating mass = faster revving. A nice addition to to finish off your cylinder head rebuild.

Weber 38/38 NON-PROGRESSIVE carburetor kit

*NOTE: These are not for use in California OR for any pollution controlled vehicle*

This is the best power upgrade for your carbureted 22R engine. The 38/38 carb is a non progressive design (both throttle plates open at the same time) that provides almost instant throttle response and a HUGE increase in power and only a slight hit in MPG (if any).

Weber carburetors are made for easy tuning for any modifications you have (or plan to do) by simple jet replacements. If you live outside of California and do not have to contend with emissions testing, this is the biggest power-adder. We’d recommend it to all of our customers, but only you lucky kids outside of California can use it legally.

We can modify your intake manifold to match this performance carb. We’ll hand cut your intake to match, remove the right amount of material to make it flow and hand polish the intake ports to match this carb.

We can also modify your intake to eliminate EGR and other non-essential items on your intake. Let us know what you need.

DOUBLE ROW TIMING CHAIN KIT UPGRADE (replaces your single row kit)

If you are are running an extreme lift camshaft, circle track racing, running high RPM’s for an extended period of time or just looking for the most heavy duty timing kit available, this is the kit for you.

We build this kit from scratch. The kit includes new modified timing cover, new Aisin (OEM) oil pump, oil pump drive gear, modified OSK dual row timing kit (includes both HD metal guide rails), oil pump bolts, gaskets and front oil pump seal. Installation is not for the faint of heart. Call us if you have any questions.

BIG BORE THROTTLE BODY

We start with your OEM throttle body, bore the inside diameter 3.0mm larger, install a larger throttle plate, smooth the throttle shaft inside the bore for better flow and adjust the throttle stop.

Although the butterfly is larger, idle remains smooth as stock (and the same idle speed). This is the largest bore possible without any sacrifices to drivability.

*Due to differences between years, models and configurations, we’ll need to have you send us your throttle body to supply you the correct one*

New Chro-Moly valve spring retainers

These new, lighter and stronger-than-stock retainers are recommended with our 75lb. performance valve springs.

Remanufactured rocker arm assembly:

This is the rocker assembly we install on every engine we sell here. We take the OEM rocker towers and jet tank clean, glass bead and fully inspect them. We install our refaced and hand lapped rocker arms (NEVER the new Chinese manufactured units) and install the new higher oiling capacity rocker shafts, jet tank clean and inspect the rocker shaft springs and spacers. We install new OEM rocker adjuster tips and use new allen head screws to hold it all together. This assembly is ready to bolt on with your new head or cam. Always recommended when installing any of our new cylinder heads or our performance camshafts.

EAGLE H-BEAM connecting rods

These connecting rods are 85+ grams each lighter than stock connecting rods. It may not sound like a lot, but when you multiply it by 4 connecting rods, it’s 3/4 pound less rotating mass! That adds up to quicker throttle response, faster revving and less wear to the bearings and crankshaft.
